REPLACEMENT PARTS PROGRAM

To make warranty repairs easier, ALDKitchen has authorized service centers located throughout the region. If needed, repairs can also be done locally at a workshop, with costs reimbursed according to our warranty terms and conditions.
If you made a purchase from a platform other than aldkitchen.com, you can still apply for Extended Warranty program.
However, if you made your purchase on aldkitchen.com, there's no need to apply for our Extended Warranty. Your order is automatically eligible for this coverage and there's no activation required on your part.
If you are experiencing issues with your ALDKitchen product purchased from a seller outside of our website (such as Amazon, Walmart, or other platforms), you may still be eligible to claim a warranty with us. However, we recommend that you contact us first before filing a claim with the seller, as the extended warranty may be waived if you go through a second-party seller first.
