What makes chocolate melt?
Chocolate is heated by increasing the temperature of the water inside the machine. The uniformity of the melting chocolate is ensured by the inlet and outlet valves which cause the water to circulate constantly.
Uniform heating is due to the m-type tube. Water levels are marked therefore the risk that something is starting to overheat is very small. You can easily adjust the heat using the regulator located on the main panel.
You can make several desserts at a time
This machine with 1 tank allows you to melt up to 4 kg of chocolate at the same time so that you can immediately start baking your desserts. For example, add chocolate where you want, cover the cake with sweet icing, and so on.
