RECIPE FOR AMAZING PUMPKIN PANCAKES
Crisp autumn's morning calls for cozy breakfasts, and fluffy pumpkin pancakes are just what you need to warm you up. They have a special taste infused with pumpkin and sprinkled with cinnamon and vanilla, but they're also quick to make. Due to the buttermilk and pumpkin, the batter comes out quite thick, but it spreads out well. Always leave some free space between the pancakes while making them.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 egg 2 tbsps vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 3 tbsps brown sugar
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp ground spice
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tbsp ground ginger
- ½ tbsp salt
Cooking method Step
- Mix the milk, pumpkin, egg, oil, and vinegar in a bowl. Then mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, spice, cinnamon, ginger, and salt in a separate bowl. Sprinkle the flour into the pumpkin mixture.
- Put a greased with oiled frying pan or grill over medium-high heat. Pour or lay the batter into the pan, using about 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
